Working Principle The material passes through the feeding port, and under the action of the rotating screw, it is kneaded into a ball and rolls forward along the screw groove. Due to the shearing, compression and stirring of the screw, the material is further mixed and plasticized, and the temperature and pressure gradually increase. High, presents a viscous flow state, and passes through the machine head at a certain pressure and temperature, and finally obtains the desired shape of the product.
Features 1. Feeding unit adopts ABB servo motor & controller with anti‑bridging stirring feeding. Main motor is ABB type with ABB variable‑frequency drive for stable operation.

2. Shaft material: 40CrNiMoA. Modular barrel‑screw construction. Screw elements are made of premium high‑speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2. Barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel with nitriding & anti‑rust surface treatment.

3. PLC color touch screen, CHINT electrical components.

Application

It is suitable for mixing and processing experiments of engineering plastics, modified plastics, waste plastics, and color masterbatches. It has the functions of homogenization, plasticizing and coloring, filling modification, etc.
