The FTIR with Michelson interferometer principle, the light emitted by the light source by Michelson interferometer to optical interference, let interference illumination samples, the receiver receives the interference light with sample information, and then by the computer software by transform to obtain the spectra of the samples.

  • The high-efficiency, energy-saving electronic system design operates at less than 30 W under normal working conditions, ensuring green, safe, and energy-efficient performance.
  • The sealed interferometer design includes an automatic protection alert system. The humidity observation window is tilted forward at a 7‑degree angle, and the humidity indicator card uses a red-to-blue color-change scheme, which is ergonomically optimized and easy to read. The desiccant can be replaced without opening the instrument cover, simplifying maintenance. In addition, the beam splitter is equipped with an anti-moisture film, and an oversized desiccant container is provided, multiplying the moisture protection capability.

  • Spectral libraries: The system provides a conventional standard spectral library of approximately 1,800 spectra, as well as a variety of specialized infrared spectral libraries (totaling about 220,000 spectra) covering a wide range of industries. In addition to routine searching, users can also define and search custom libraries flexibly and conveniently. Available libraries include: Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, National Veterinary Pharmacopoeia, Rubber, Gas, Polymer, Proteins and Amino Acids, Forensic Science (hazardous substances, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc.), Inorganics, Organics, Solvents, Food Additives, Flavors and Fragrances, Coatings, and more.
  • Full-process spectral data acquisition preview monitoring mode provides real-time oversight throughout the collection process.
  • Functions include data acquisition, data processing, spectral library searching, and spectral interpretation. The entire software is fully localized in Chinese, and spectra can be annotated in Chinese. The system displays the current operational status in real time, providing live readings of current, voltage, and temperature values for major components, as well as fault diagnosis and step‑by‑step guidance for troubleshooting.
  • A high-sensitivity spectral comparison software module is available for correlation analysis between different samples and multiple reference spectra, including standard QC/QA comparison and high-sensitivity comparison.
  • Spectra can be directly exported in JCAMP format as well as other vendor-specific spectral formats. Comprehensive report generation templates and an electronic laboratory notebook function are also included.
