ZL-5074B Single Yarn Strength Tester is used for measuring the tensile breaking strength, breaking elongation rate and constant rate of elongation (CRE) of single yarns, such as the cotton, wool, hemp, etc. The results of tests could be displayed on LCD in Chinese or selected to print the report of tensile test.
Technical Indicators:
Form: Constant Rate of Elongation (CRE).
Gripping Distance: Setting freely between 60 mm and 500 mm, the deviation is ±1 mm.
Stretching Speed: 20~1200 mm/min, the deviation of no-load speed is less than ±2%.
Range of Force Measurement: 0~500.0 N, the degree of accuracy is ±0.5%.
The deviation of the indicating value of elongation is less than ±1 mm.
Pre-tension: add tension by hand, which could be set freely in 0~120 cN.
Test data output mode:Printer output (report of tensile test)
