Main Features

The overall control system adopts a PLC touch screen control structure. All related operations can be completed via the touch screen.
The dynamic force sensor adopts the US PCB ICP technology sensor, offering high accuracy.
The touch screen automatically displays and locks the maximum dynamic force value.
The calibration sensitivity of the dynamic sensor can be input via the touch screen, facilitating easy calibration.
Height is automatically acquired and processed using an encoder. The touch screen allows setting and real-time display of height; lifting stops automatically when the set height is reached.
The impact hammer lifting and release parts adopt a guide rail structure to ensure smooth dropping.
The release device adopts pneumatic release, with an audible alarm before release.
