Overview

ZL-2515 is a new upright metallographic microscope with bright field, polarized light, and epi-illumination observation modes, large field of view, high eye point, and high resolution. Epi-illumination Kohler illumination system, the light source uses 5WLED or 12Ⅴ30W halogen lamp. The appearance conforms to the ergonomic design, beautiful and generous, easy and comfortable to operate. This model can be equipped with digital industrial camera, metallographic rating software, and other accessories to adapt to various observation situations.

The appearance conforms to the ergonomic design, beautiful and generous, easy and comfortable to operate. This model can be equipped with digital industrial camera, metallographic rating software, and other accessories to adapt to various observation situations.

 

Main Functions

Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment, with mechanical upper limit and tension adjustment device, coarse adjustment stroke 25mm, fine adjustment accuracy 0.002mm.

Composite double-layer mechanical mobile platform, low hand position coaxial adjustment, and a 200mm*135mm flat platform attached to the mechanical platform for easy sample placement.

Falling Kohler illumination, and anti-reflection structure designed to effectively prevent interference from reflected light, so that the image is clearer and the field of view contrast is better.

The “professional quantitative metallographic image analysis computer operating system” configured by the metallographic image analysis system processes and compares, detects, rates, analyzes, counts and outputs graphic reports for the collected sample spectra in real time. The software integrates today’s advanced image analysis technology, which is a perfect combination of metallographic microscope and intelligent analysis technology. The system measures and evaluates the results quickly and correctly, in line with the national standard (GB) and other relevant industry standards (JB/YB/HB/QC/DL/DJ/ASTM, etc.). The system has a full Chinese interface, which is concise and easy to operate. After simple training or referring to the instruction manual, it can be operated freely. It also provides a quick way to learn metallographic knowledge and popularize operations.
