Equipment Overview:

The content of ozone in the atmosphere is very little but the main factor of rubber cracking, ozone aging chamber simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, studies the law of ozone action on rubber, quickly identifies and evaluates the rubber anti-ozone-aging performance and the method of anti-ozone-agent protection effectiveness, and then takes effective anti-aging measures to improve the service life of rubber products.

 

Main Functions:

This machine is used to test the cracking resistance of rubber products in the ozone environment, ozone resistance tester, can control and adjust the concentration of the ozone environment, in order to determine the ozone resistance of the test piece.

 

Main Features:

Equipment by the silent high-efficiency ozone generator ozone gas, and a certain amount of treated air, mixed in the exchanger and sent to the test chamber, UV detector will be continuously detected online ozone concentration, feedback to the ozone generator control system, so that the control system according to the set value of effective control of ozone, so that the test chamber to maintain the appropriate ozone concentration, in the work of the heating and humidification system, to meet all test conditions.

Test process:

Specimen in the specified requirements of the elongation, fixed ends of the specimen on the rotating aluminum fixture, and ozonated air contact, the length of the specimen direction and the direction of airflow is basically parallel. Specimen adjustable stroke range before 0-40mm, the specimen to (20 ~ 25) mm / s speed rotation, so that the specimen in between a plane perpendicular to the airflow, each specimen continuously move along the same path, the same specimen rotating a week of time for (8 ~ 12) min, the scanning area of the specimen is about 40% of the effective area of the test chamber.

and Methods

The test method can be divided into “static” and “dynamic” according to the test method and standards, static means that the sample is stretched well or the product directly into the test chamber to do the test, dynamic is placed in the test chamber on the fixture, stretching the float for the tested sample itself about 5% -45%.

At both ends of the specimen to be tested, the specimen should be tested in a direction essentially parallel to the direction of the airflow when in contact with the ozonated air

The fixture should be made of a material that does not readily decompose ozone (e.g., aluminum).

The specimen is rotated at a speed of (20^-25) mm/s in a plane of vertical dry airflow, with each specimen continuously and simultaneously maintaining a fixed rate of pull-up.

The same specimen rotation time of one week is (8^-12) min. The scanning area of the specimen is at least 40% of the effective area of the test chamber.

Specimen preparation should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9865.1. Specimens should preferably be cut from the newly molded test piece, if necessary, can be cut from the finished product. Specimens should be at least 3 specimens for each test condition. Long standard specimen width of not less than 10mm, thickness 2.Omm Shi 0.2mm, the length of the specimen between the ends of the jig before stretching is not less than 40mm.
