The packaging material hot tack and heat seal performance tester is developed and manufactured
according to ASTM F1921, ASTM F2029 and other standards. The test types that can be performed
include (1) hot tack test, (2) heat seal test, (3) heat seal strength test, and (4) tensile test. Usually, when
we do heat seal test, we put the sealed sample on the tensile machine for testing after the temperature
drops to room temperature. At this time, the force value is often relatively large; some customers need
to measure the sealing force after a specific time after sealing, that is, before the temperature drops to
room temperature. This specific time is often the time interval between the first process and the next
process on the production line. Such a test is called hot tack test.
