Structure and Working Principle |

1) Base plate: ♦ The base plate is made of welded parts with high rigidity and strength, and the mounting surface is processed after aging treatment; ♦ There are warning lines around and in the center of the base plate. The middle line is also the reference line of the test piece. During the test, the center of the test piece is relative to this line, and people cannot stand on the base plate. 2) Transmission Beam: ♦ The servo motors of the left and right clamp arms in the transmission cross arm drive the screw rod to move inward at the same time (the speed is adjustable) to clamp the test piece to the set force. The pressure sensor built into the clamp arm senses it and stops it. 3) Servo System: ♦ When the clamping force of the two clamping arms of the drive cross arm reaches and stops, the servo control station controls the servo to move up, stop and drop through the chain drive cross arm.
