ZL-9034 Glass Bottle and Jar Impact Tester

The glass bottle and jar impact tester is designed in accordance with similar international products and is mainly used for impact resistance testing of glass beer bottles, soda bottles, cola bottles, infusion bottles, etc. The instrument adopts a pendulum mechanism design, and the pendulum angle is adjustable. The potential energy of the pendulum corresponds to its angle. According to the principle of energy conversion, the impact energy of the pendulum is determined by the potential energy of the pendulum. When the angle of the pendulum is a certain value, the potential energy of the pendulum is also a certain value, and the impact energy of the pendulum on the glass bottle is also a certain value. For example, according to the GB/T4544-1998 beer bottle standard, qualified products should not break under an impact of 0.6J. This instrument is used by dozens of domestic glass factories, breweries and quality inspection departments. The instrument complies with GB/T4544-1998 and GB6552-86 national standards

Technical Parameters:

2.0J

Diameter of the Bottle to be Tested

¢50-130mm

Instrument Resolution

Impact energy less than 0.6J, 0.05J per grid

The impact energy is 0.6J, 0.1J per grid

Energy Loss

≤1.5%FS

Appearance Size

Operation Steps:

  1. The instrument is placed on a level and stable workbench. First adjust the pendulum rod to the plumb bob position. (The scale on the dial reads zero at this time).
  2. Place the sample to be tested on the V-shaped support platform and turn the height adjustment handle. The height should be 50–80MM from the impact point to the bottom of the bottle.
  3. Turn the adjustment handle of the base carriage to make the sample just contact the impact hammer. The scale value is against the zero point.
  4. Turn the scale adjustment handle to rotate the pendulum to the scale value (Newton·meter) required for the test.
  5. Press the lower swing hook to unhook the impact hammer and impact the sample. If the sample is not broken, pick it up with your hands when the swing bar rebounds. Do not let the impact hammer impact the sample repeatedly.
  6. Blow each sample a little at 120 degrees and 3 times.
  7. The sample being tested should not undergo other tests such as internal pressure, thermal shock, etc.
