ZL-8016 Button Snap Pull Tester

Functional Use:

The purpose of this test is to define the responsibility of the garment manufacturer to ensure that buttons, push-buttons and fasteners are properly fixed on the garment to prevent buttons from falling off the garment and causing the risk of swallowing by infants. Therefore, all buttons, buttons and fasteners on garments are required to pass the button strength tester test. The machine can do a uniform vertical tension test on various buttons on garments to detect whether their firmness can meet the relevant safety standards.

Standard Configuration:

1. Pulling force seat

Operation Instruction:

1. Attach the jig, with the test button, lock the test sample to the base
2. Put down the fixture, the button to grab and pull upward, each group of buttons should be able to withstand at least 17 pounds of tension (i.e. 7.72kg) and need to maintain 10 seconds without loosening or breaking traces, need to test at least 20 20 buttons of each section at the same time, in order to be qualified.
3. If one of the buttons is loose or broken, or replace all the buttons must be re-tested.
