Introduction:

The main machine is of two columns, two screws, and the lower type of oil cylinder, the tensile space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam of the main machine and the working table. The data measurement and control system adopts high precision A/D converter to collect data on force, displacement and deformation respectively, which has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and good reliability, meeting the requirements of GB, ISO, ASTM and other standards for metal tensile, compression, bending and shear tests.

Transmission System:

The lower beam is lifted by motor through reducer, chain drive mechanism and screw vice drive to realize the adjustment of stretching and compressing space.

 

The Hydraulic System:

Hydraulic oil in the oil tank through the motor driven high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, flow through the high-pressure oil filter, send back the oil valve, into the cylinder. The computer collects and analyzes the data through the sensor and displays the hourly value, and the tester controls the flow rate through the oil feed valve to realize the fast and slow rate of the test force.

 

Control System:

l Support for tensile, compression, shear, bending and other tests;

l Manually adjusts the oil feed and return valve, with simple and flexible operation;

l Supports the customization of test parameters;

l Adopts open EXCEL report form and supports user-defined report format;

l Querying and printing test results flexibly and easily, supporting printing multiple specimens and custom sorting printing items;

l Program comes with powerful test analysis functions;

l Program supports two levels of hierarchical management (administrator, tester) user management rights;

 

Safety Protection Device

When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, the overload protection, the oil pump motor shutdown.

When the piston rises to the upper limit position, limit protection, the oil pump motor stops.

When the beam descends to the set position, the limit protection, the reducer stops.
