Key Description:
1.Mainframe:
The machine adopts double space door structure, upper space tension, lower space compression, bending. The cross beam is steplessly lifted. Transmission part adopts circular arc synchronous toothed belt, screw vice transmission, smooth transmission, low noise. Specially designed synchronous toothed belt deceleration system and precision ball screw vice drive the movement of the moving beam of the testing machine to achieve a gap-free transmission.

3.Electrical Measurement And Control System:

4.Description of the main functional characteristics of the software
The measurement and control software is used for microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine for various metal and non-metal (such as, artificial board, etc.) test, according to the corresponding standards to complete real-time measurement and display, real-time control and data processing, results output and other functions.

(5) Support a variety of control modes, including open-loop isokinetic displacement and isokinetic force, isokinetic stress and other closed-loop control modes; and give standard reference curves in the process of debugging closed-loop parameters by senior operators, so that users can actually observe the impact of each parameter on the closed-loop effect.
(6) With the test process control mode intelligent setting expert system, provided to professional users automatic programmable programmer. Users can flexibly combine a variety of control modes and control speed according to the rules according to actual needs, and prepare the control program suitable for their needs. The measurement and control software will automatically control the test process automatically according to the user’s settings.
(7) Use human-computer interaction to analyze the data. (11) The digital zeroing and automatic calibration of the test force and deformation are realized, which facilitates the operation and improves the reliability of the machine. Various parameter system settings are stored in the form of files, which are easy to save and restore;
(12) It can be applied to various operating systems such as Win98, Win2000 and WinXP. Test process control, beam movement speed change, parameter input and other operations can all be completed with keyboard and mouse, easy and fast to use;
(13) It can automatically identify and support external pointing control, which makes it convenient when loading and clamping specimens;
(14) With overload protection automatic stop function, and can automatically determine the specimen fracture, automatic stop. According to different user requirements, the above software functions will be added, subtracted or adjusted to change.
