The Transmission System:
The lower beam lift adopts motor through the reducer, chain drive mechanism, screw vice transmission, to achieve the adjustment of the tensile and compression space.
The Hydraulic System:
Hydraulic oil in the oil tank through the motor driven high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, flow through the high-pressure oil filter, send back the oil valve, into the cylinder. The force measuring instrument collects and analyzes the data through the sensor and displays the force value at the time. The tester controls the flow rate through the oil feeding valve to realize the speed of the test force rate.

Support for tensile, compression, shear, bending and other tests;
Manually adjust the oil feed and return valve, simple and flexible operation;
Support for test parameters customization;
Electronic force measurement, LCD display test force time curve, test force, test force peak, yield force of materials with obvious yield characteristics;

Safety Protection Device
When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, the overload protection, the oil pump motor shutdown.
When the piston rises to the upper limit position, limit protection, the oil pump motor stops.
When the beam descends to the set position, the limit protection and the reducer will stop.
