Scope of Application:
The shoelace wear tester is used to test the wear resistance of shoelaces. The shoelace installation method is: take two shoelaces, hook the middle sections together to form one right and one left, and clamp the two ends of the right lace with the right clamp (moving clamp) of the shoelace wear tester. After clamping, the two ends are naturally 25mm apart. Then clamp one end of the left lace with the left clamp (fixed clamp), and put the other end in the pulley groove, and hang a weight below. The clamping point is naturally 35+5mm away from the wheel groove. During the test, the moving clamp moves back and forth in a straight line at a constant speed to make the middle sections of the two shoelaces rub against each other. The number of frictions is recorded when the test reaches the specified number of frictions or the shoelaces break.
