This machine is suitable for testing all types of shoelaces and eyelets. One end of the shoelace is passed through an eyelet clamped by a fiberboard, with the shoelace and eyelet positioned at a 90° angle and the fiberboard and shoelace at a 45° angle. The shoelace is then tightened under standard tension and repeatedly pulled back and forth through the eyelet. The test stops when the shoelace is damaged. The test complies with the SATRA TM93 technical standard.
Scope of Application:
