The machine is inflatable method and immersion method to test the rubber surface of the shoes (boots) of the seal.
During the test, the test piece is sealed with a local pressure fixture, and the test piece is brought into the water with the specified depth by the fixture. At the same time, the test piece is filled with constant pressure air, and bubbles will be generated immediately as the test piece seeps into the water. Test the number of seconds, the fixture automatically with the specimen surfaced.
Inflation Method:
The test shoe boots mouth seal, filled with quantitative air immersed in water, the water surface and shoes (boots) mouth less than 75 mm, after a period of time, observe the shoes (boots) surface bubble formation.
Immersion method: The test shoes (boots) immersed in water, so that the surface of the shoes and boots (boots) distance less than 75 mm, after a period of immersion, remove and check the shoes (boots) infiltration of water.
The machine can be placed on the production line, the entire product seized to fully control the waterproof quality of the finished product.
