The front of the jaws is clamped (the front palm of the shoe is 1/3, located at the position of the shaft). After the motor is actuated, the pulley is driven to drive the rotary plate to apply 30 N of force to the shoe at a speed of 100 mm / min. The rotary shaft is equipped with a decoder to sense the angle of rotation of the rotary plate and to display the value through the display.
