3.Performance index

3.1. Test environment conditions Ambient temperature is 5~35℃, relative humidity≤85%RH.

This equipment can not be placed containing flammable, explosive or volatile, corrosive gases will produce items for testing or storage

3.2.Test method The performance parameters are tested according to the method specified in GB/T 5170.10-2017;

3.3. Temperature range -70 ℃ ~ +150 ℃

3.4. Temperature fluctuation ± 0.5 ℃ (atmospheric pressure when unloaded)

4.Structural features

This equipment mainly consists of five basic parts such as test chamber, temperature circulation system, low air pressure vacuum system and program control system. Among them:

  • The test chamber includes pressurized container, door, insulation layer, shell sealing, test signal lead-out hole and external flange, indoor lighting, etc.
  • Temperature circulation system including refrigeration system, refrigeration system including the original U.S. Emerson semi-dense compressor, Danish Danfoss expansion valve, the U.S. DuPont refrigerant, Taiwan GaoLi plate heat exchanger, the U.S. TEMPRITE oil separator, Danish Danfoss or the same level of brand solenoid valves.
  • Low-pressure vacuum system includes imported brands of vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, vacuum solenoid isolation valves, vacuum bleeder valves, vacuum trimmer valves, oil-blocking traps, piping and hoses, and standard connectors.
  • The control system adopts Chinese and English interfaces, and the control system uses self-developed software. The control system selects brand components to control the low air pressure system, temperature circulation system, refrigeration unit, valve opening process, test data processing (collection, storage, download), etc…

 

5.Control System

5.1. Controller 7-inch industrial-grade full-color touch screen software developed independently.

5.2.Control specification Balanced temperature control system (BTC) is adopted to control SSR by P.I.D. to ensure the stability of the temperature inside the box. At the same time with the preset vacuum pump pumping rate to achieve pressure stability. The control system adopts self-developed controller and Taiwan industrial-grade touch screen, and the main components are world-famous brands, such as: relays, solid-state relays, temperature limiters, etc. for Japan OMRON; contactors for Schnyder. The control adopts relatively independent manual control and automatic control two working modes. Manual control facilitates the final installation and debugging of equipment and the implementation of emergency stop and other operations in the event of an accident in the automatic control, to ensure the safety of the equipment. The design of the program is the core of the automatic control system, reducing the system’s dependence on people, conducive to the stability of the test, reducing the labor intensity of the operator. According to the characteristics of the control object is divided into low-pressure exhaust system control, temperature circulation system control, refrigeration unit control (including the cooling water circulation system supply system), and finally by the host computer to send out unified control instructions, and test data processing (collection, storage, download, etc.). Each part of the control object according to the different control objects, as well as the control object’s own characteristics of the use of different control quantities, and the control quantities are used in the standard communication mode, in order to facilitate the coordination between the various parts.

 

5.3. Controller specifications:

Accuracy: Temperature ± 0.1 ℃ + 1digit, pressure ± 1 Pa + 1digit.

Resolution: Temperature 0.1℃, Pressure: 1Pa.

With upper and lower limit standby and alarm function.

Temperature into the force signal (RTD) PT-100Ω (platinum resistance).

Pressure input signal 4~20ma.

9 groups of P.I.D control parameter setting, P.I.D automatic calculation.

5.4. Program capacity and control function

  • Setting mode: programmable and fixed value setting.
  • Available program groups:Maximum 50 PATTEN.
  • Usable memory capacity: 12500 SEGMENTS in total.
  • Repeatable commands: up to 3200 times for each command.
  • Setting range: Temperature conditions: Adjusted according to the temperature operating range of

the equipment (upper limit 5℃, lower limit 5℃).

  • The program is created in a dialog type, with editing, clearing, inserting and other functions.

5.5. Screen Display Function:

  • The screen is interactive, no need for key input, the screen directly touch options.
  • Temperature setting (SV) and actual (PV) values are directly displayed.
  • The current program number, segment number, remaining time and cycle number can be displayed.
  • Running totalization time function.
  • The program setting value is displayed as a graphic curve, with real-time display of the program curveexecution function.
  • With a separate program editing screen, each page can enter at least 5 segments of temperature, pressure and time.
  • It can display the operating condition of the whole system and monitor all the operating equipments inthe system.
  • Chinese and English languages can be switched at will.
  • Fault indication screen display.
  • The screen can be backlit.
  • Screen display protection function can be timed, TIMER or manual shutdown settings.

6.4.Transportation

The main structure of the test chamber is of integral type.

 

  1. 7. Operating conditions: The following conditions shall be guaranteed by the user.

7.1. Site:

The ground is level, well ventilated, and does not contain flammable, explosive, corrosive gas or dust;

There is no strong electromagnetic radiation nearby.

There is a drainage drain near the equipment.

Ground bearing capacity: not less than 800kg/m2.

7.2 Power supply

  • AC (380±38)V (50±0.5)Hz three-phase four-wire + protective earth line
  • Protective earth line grounding resistance of less than 10Ω; TN-S mode power supply or TT mode power supply
  • Users are required to configure air or power switches of corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site, and the switch must be independent and specialized for the use of the equipment.

7.3. Total power of the whole machine: 26KW, 63A air switch.
