How to use :
This instrument is suitable for taking circular samples of wool, cotton, chemical fiber, knitted and other fabrics;
Sampling area: 100cm2, sampling diameter: 11.3cm;
How to use:
Place the object to be cut flat on the rubber pad, take out the sampling knife and place it flat on the fabric, pull out the locking device on the sampling knife, rotate 90 degrees, hold the outer cover on one hand, hold the circular handwheel with one hand, lower the cutting wheel about 1cm, apply appropriate pressure according to the thickness of the fabric, and then rotate the circular handwheel clockwise (the angle should be greater than 120 degrees) to obtain a circular cutting sample. Do not rotate counterclockwise, otherwise the blade will break.
After sampling, lift the cutting wheel about 1cm and put the locking device back to its original position.
Precautions:
The blade of this instrument is very sharp, so the operation must be completed on the rubber pad;
There must be no metal objects in the cutting material to prevent the blade from breaking;
The blade is an ordinary double-sided razor, which is common in the stationery market. When replacing the blade, pay attention to the position of the blade. If the blade is lower, it is easy to break, and if the blade is higher, the cutting material is thinner.
