Instructions for Use:
- Instructions for use: This instrument is used in textile factories, knitting factories, and scientific research institutions to measure the warp and weft density of various fabrics.
Main Specifications:
- Magnification of Magnifying Glass:
10 times suitable for fabrics with count less than 60
20 times is suitable for fabrics with a count of 60 or more
- Lens Movement Range:Metric 0-5cm, Imperial 0-2inch
- Overall Dimensions:100Х 54Х36
How to Use Fabric Density Mirror:
- Select the lens magnification according to the fabric count to be measured, and then install it in the eyepiece holder of the instrument.
- According to the color of the fabric, determine the color of the cursor scale line, and select one of the three colors to change to facilitate inspection and counting.
- When operating and measuring, place the instrument on the object to be measured, and it should be approximately parallel to the warp and weft yarns of the fabric. Adjust the height of the lens to make the field of view image the clearest. Hold the top surface of the instrument cube with your left hand, and turn the adjustment knob with your right hand. button to align the engraved line in the lens to the zero position, then reverse the adjustment knob and visually count the number of warp and weft yarns, that is, the density of the fabric.
Randomly Supplied Parts:

Fabric Density Mirror Maintenance:
- Keep the instrument. If the lens is blurry, wipe it with lens tissue.
- The two prongs on the bottom are inserted into the fabric and kept sharp. Do not place it on a flat object of appropriate quality.
