Use:

1.Before the operation, the first installed pressure gauge, joints sealed waterproof tape, do a good job sealing work;

2.Before the test, remove the rubber ring, under the pressure plate between the dirt;

3.The manual switch to open the state and the gas side of the party switch off;

4.Down the pressure plate into the valve into the amount of clean water;

5.Will be detected on the upper and lower pressure plate in the middle;

6.Turn the hand wheel so that the pressure plate down until the upper and lower pressure plate completely contact seal so far;

7.Hand-held air repeated compression, observe the pressure gauge readings, pressure, while observing the surface of the test object is abnormal, if no, continue to compress the hand-held air pressure until the pressure gauge does not move or meet the required test value, and then turn off the manual switch , Then observe the pressure value changes. If the pressure value does not change, indicating that the hydraulic pressure value is this value; if the pressure value is reduced, the pressure value is stable after the maximum measured water pressure value. When the pressure is hand-held, it is found that the surface of the test object has water seepage and the pressure value of the pressure gauge does not increase, indicating that the pressure of this test is lower than the pressure on the current pressure gauge;

8.The operation is completed, first hit the manual switch and gas Xiang knob switch, release the gas, turn the hand wheel, to rise, remove the test object.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

1. the pressure gauge reading does not rise, the possible reasons:
2. no water;
3. gas connector seal is not good;
4. rubber ring broken;
5. up and down the plate is not good pressure;
6. turn the hand wheel can not be too much force, so as not to arm split;
7. after use to eliminate water, so as not to produce dirt;
8. pay attention to the lubrication of the screw;
