Standard Marshall Compaction Apparatus is designed and made according to the standard of ministry of communications test rules JTJ052-2000. It reduces labor intensity and improves the efficiency by adopting world advanced digital controlled integrated circuit and special locking apparatus. This instrument has characteristics of low power dissipation, high capacity of resisting disturbance, low noise, accuracy of counting, easy operating, fast, reliable, and so on. It is an ideal instrument for bitumen combined material specimen in testing rooms
The instrument is composed by control and main frame two parts. Its speed changes by abrasion resistant worm wheel and transmits by chain. The motor raises the chain to up at forward direction after gearing at the gearing box. It raises the hammer block up by raiser. Then down the hammer block freely by open the locking iron, circuit working. The control system controls all the works.
