  Power battery puncture test machine is used to simulate all kinds of batteries when they are subjected to puncture, which can present the different conditions of the battery under damage.

  In the event of fire or explosion of the battery during the test, the equipment should be able to ensure the safety of the person and no harm to the test environment.It should be no fire and no explosion as qualified.

Equipment structure and features

Equipment safety explosion-proof function, convenient performance and

environmental protection performance

 

  Test should be placed in a separate test compartment, surrounded by a solid wall. Compartment door should be explosion-proof door.There should be should be 2-3 meters of space around the compartment.Controller and testing section should be separated in order to achieve the purpose of safety test.

  Tester type: three beams four columns four nuts horizontal mechanism, advantages of this structure: three beams were high 45# cast steel, with sufficient strength and stiffness; enhance the wear resistance of column surface by chromate treatment, spacious work space, compact structure, flexible action, high speed, low energy consumption, low noise.

Maximum penetration force: 100kN.

Fastest speed: 40mm/s (10 – 40mm/s adjustable)

  Front door: single door,open on the left, front box door equipped with safety power-off induction switch, when the door is opened, the control part of equipment cut off power and can not be started, unable to carry out follow-up operation, only when the box door is closed, it can start the control program for subsequent operations, play a protective role in the true sense.

  Observation window: the window size is 400*400mm, double toughened glass, affix explosion-proof membrane to the toughened glass inside and outside, 10mm thick, square anti projection net can be installed between the double glass, during the protection, the test case can be observed within at the same time .

Puncture fixture: configure a set of puncture fixture according to the requirements of the

               GB/T 31485-2015

Equipment power support part: the device is equipped with a fixed universal roller at the bottom

                            of the device and an adjustable support foot for a fixed position;

Abnormal protection function and earth leakage protection of the whole machine

The control system is separated from the test box, keep the operator away from the test area,

remote control is available, the cable distance is 10 meters, can maximize the safety protection

of the test personnel

A brief introduction to the method of power battery punture test

 Pierce a battery pack from the direction perpendicular to the center of the battery plate,with high temperature resistant steel needle which has a diameter of 3mm ~ 8mm( the cone angle of the needle tip is 45 degrees ~60 degrees.The needle surface is smooth, no rust or oxidationn layer or oil contamination. Observe for an hour.
