Main features and functions of the equipment：

1、Temperature control is PID microcomputer automatic calculation intelligent temperature control meter, PV/SV could be showed at the same time. The desired temperature could be set in the range fo machine temperature according to the wishes of the individual, and ensure the accuracy of the temperature control through the PID parameter table set. The appropriate temperature parameters can also be obtained by self calculation of the meter’s own system. Meanwhile, the temperature control meter can set 30 segments of humidity raising procedure, control heating rate (raise humidity in average, nonlinear no-live load).

2、The current controller adopts import controllable solid state relay (SSR), which has no junction and no spark, keeps the high stability of the current.It can regulate the output ratio by thermostat signal automatically.

3.Timer: electronic digital display, automatic temperature control,start timing when temperature reaches, cut off the power supply when timegoes out(the timer starts to work when the pointer points to switch, the actual temperature -PV on constant temperature meter reaches the set temperature -SV.When the timer comes to the set time,it will cut off the calorifere, power supply and give an alarm.It keeps only the display control instrument and accelerate the cooling speed, so that to ensure the accuracy of working time and save poweIt can be easily observed if the inside temperature is normal when the work is done .)

4、Design features: outter box with cold rolled plate stoving varnish + thermal insulation cotton+  inner box with stainless steel plate ,can also adopt the structure at the box door.Thickening the observation window toughened glass could effectively prevent the possibilty of explosion damage to the box.
