This machine simulates the situation of a child stroller moving on irregular road conditions, and after a specified number of tests, checks and evaluates its overall safety performance.

Instrument Introduction:

This machine simulates the situation of a child stroller moving on irregular road conditions, and after a specified number of tests, checks and evaluates its overall safety performance.

 

Experimental Principle:

Place the standard test weight in the vehicle platform.

Aluminum alloy impact blocks are installed on a conveyor belt, allowing the wheels on both sides of the vehicle to be lifted alternately. Two independent connecting handles can move independently in a vertical plane and can freely adjust their width to accommodate products of different types and sizes.

The conveyor system can make the vehicle collide with the obstacle block at a speed of 5 km/h, and automatically stop after reaching the set number of times.

Operation Steps:

  1. Fix the baby stroller onto the gripping fixture of the testing machine
  2. Connect the power supply, press the power switch, and the test begins
  3. Press the timer switch and start button Set timers according to different testing needs
  4. Adjust the machine’s operating speed according to different testing needs
  5. Check if there is any visible damage to the stroller mechanism

 

Attention and Maintenance:

  1.During the experiment, the testing personnel should observe on site to prevent the detached parts from jamming the transmission components and causing damage to the testing machine. If any abnormal phenomena occur during the experiment, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection

  2.When the machine is not in use, please turn off the main power

  3.The instrument should be kept clean, especially on the test bench, and should not be damaged or contaminated by impact

  4.Please regularly add lubricating oil to the bearing seat to ensure the normal operation of the bearing

  5.After each experiment, please turn off all switches and power of the machine
