- Main technical performance description:
- The automatic trimming machine is composed of rotating platform, grinding system, control system and dust removal and emission system.
- According to the requirement of production capacity of the equipment, 8 support rods are set equidistant on the rotating platform for clamping the workpieces, and the grinding motor is adjustable in height, front and back to adapt to the requirements of different product sizes. The platform uses servo motor and precision divider as power source for precise indexing;
- Grinding system: The grinding system adopts 0.75kW motor drive to drive the wire brush, when the workpiece is rotated to the wire brush by the rotating platform, the speed motor drives the workstation to rotate, and the cylinder pushes the motor to drive the wire brush to rotate, and it will be returned automatically when the grinding is completed, and the rotating platform will be changed automatically, so as to realise the grinding. There are two sets of sanding system, one for the outer pipe port and the other for the inner pipe port. - Control system: PLC programmable control system is used for control, and the man-machine interface adopts touch screen. It can set parameters artificially according to different bushing requirements, such as working beat, counting system and other requirements for artificial control.
