Working Principle:

Structure Composition:
Extrusion system: It is the core part, mainly composed of hopper, screw, barrel and so on. The screw part can be customized according to the material and demand.
Transmission system: provides power for the screw of the extrusion system, usually composed of motor, reducer, etc., to ensure that the screw rotates at a stable speed to ensure the continuity and stability of the extrusion process.
Heating and cooling system: used to heat and cool the barrel and mold. The heating method generally adopts electric heating, and the barrel is heated evenly through the heating ring, so that the material can be plasticized and melted under the appropriate temperature; the cooling system is mainly used to cool the extruded pipe, so that it can be shaped quickly, and the commonly used cooling methods include air cooling and water cooling.
Die system: determines the shape and size of the pipe, according to the material and the demand for finished products customized die.
Haul-off device: Used to haul off the extruded pipe so that the pipe can be continuously output at a stable speed to ensure the smooth running of the extrusion process.
Cutting device: The continuously extruded pipe is cut according to a certain length to facilitate subsequent packaging and use. There are various cutting methods of the cutting device, such as sawing, hot cutting, etc., and the suitable cutting method can be selected according to the material of the pipe and production requirements.
