ZL-3061 Condom Bursting Performance Tester

The condom bursting volume and pressure tester is designed and manufactured according to “GB7544-2019 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Natural Latex Rubber Condoms”. It is mainly suitable for the bursting capacity and bursting pressure volume measurement of various condoms/contraceptives, rubber gloves and other products, and can meet the needs of various drug testing institutes and quality inspection institutes for product testing.

Test Principle:

Put the condom on the blowing rod, and it is required to be put over the inflation sleeve. Hold the inflation clamp to the height of the inflation sleeve and start the test. The instrument first inflates the inflation sleeve, and the condom is fixed between the inflation sleeve and the clamp. The software delays a little and starts to inflate the condom. The condom expands and bursts. The screen displays the bursting pressure and the inflation volume at the time of the burst. The bursting volume is expressed in cubic decimeters and rounded to 1dm3; the bursting pressure is expressed in kilopascals and rounded to 0.01 kPa. The inflation rate can be adjusted by adjusting the knob. If there is a leak during the inflation process, the test can be manually terminated. The bursting volume and pressure are both recorded as zero. If the condom does not leak, measure and record the bursting volume and pressure.
