It is mainly used to test the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, thermal grease, resin, rubber, beryllium oxide porcelain, alumina porcelain and other materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of materials. The detection material is a solid sheet, and the powder state material and paste material can be detected by adding a frame.

Instrument reference standards: MIL-I-49456A (insulating sheet, thermally conductive resin, thermally conductive glass fiber reinforced); GB 5598 (method for measuring thermal conductivity of beryllium oxide porcelain); ASTM D5470-2012 (thin thermally conductive solid electrical insulating material Heat transfer performance test standards), etc.

Features of thermal conductivity tester: Servo motor is used to control precise automatic pressure, automatic thickness measuring device, and it is connected to computer to realize automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection, which improves the test accuracy. It can detect thermal resistance curves under different pressures, and adopt optimized mathematical models to measure multiple parameters such as thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of materials and contact thermal resistance at interfaces.

Widely used in the thermal conductivity analysis and testing of materials in colleges and universities, research institutes, quality inspection departments and production plants.
