ZL-3040B is driven by oil pump hydraulic cylinder. It can be configured with V-shaped or U-shaped broaches according to user requirements. The specimen notch is processed and formed at one time, and two standard specimen notches can be successfully drawn at one time. The broaches are made of special materials and special processes with high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life. The processed V-shaped notch and U-shaped notch (2mm) can meet the relevant national standards of GB/T229-2007. Due to the principle of one-time broaching, its processing identity is excellent, which can ensure that the processed specimen notches are 100% qualified.
Working Principle：
ZL-3040B metal impact notching machine consists of hydraulic part, main transmission part, electronic control part, auxiliary part, etc.
The hydraulic part consists of oil tank, motor, pump, oil cylinder, etc. The main motor drives the pump to rotate clockwise to absorb oil, and the oil cylinder drives the cutter body (V-type and U-type special broach) to move up and down at a speed of 2.0m/min to broach V-type and U-type notches. There is a lubricating oil cup on the cutter seat. Fill the oil cup with lubricating oil (30# engine oil or other lubricating oil) during operation. Before and after cutting, use a brush dipped in a small amount of oil to brush away iron chips and lubricate the blade. Be sure to use a brush to clean the iron chips before cutting. There is an oil receiving box under the oil cylinder to receive a small amount of lubricating oil from the flow. It can be cleaned regularly according to the length of the machine’s working time.
