Main Purpose:

It is mainly used to evaluate the combustion performance of non-metallic materials under specified test conditions, that is, to determine the minimum volume percentage concentration of oxygen that can just maintain combustion of non-metallic materials. It is suitable for the oxygen index test of textiles, plastics, rubber, fibers, wood, insulation materials, etc. and their products.

Main Features:

The intelligent oxygen index measuring instrument is newly developed by our company after considering more than ten domestic and foreign equipments. It has a number of advanced or pioneering technologies, and has obtained national patents. The whole has reached the international advanced level.

1. The host box is molded with PC/ABS synthetic flame retardant material as a whole. The overall performance is better than pure PC, ABS and metal box. Streamlined design, elegant appearance, free from electromagnetic interference, more accurate test.
2. The first left and right push-pull combustion table and glass cylinder can be freely selected to switch to the left or right. Not only can it meet the needs of different testers, but also quickly respond to the standard requirements of “multiple tests, two combustion tubes should be used, such that one is cooled, and the other is used for testing.” Otherwise, the combustion tube must be cooled to 23°C ± 2°C, wasting the test time, the test efficiency is low.
3. Improve the glass bead gas diffusion filling method of the old equipment, adopt a new gas diffusion system, which is easy to install, and at the same time ensures a more uniform diffusion of the mixed gas.
4. The sensor adopts the world’s leading imported special sensor from British CITY to ensure the accuracy of the test.
5. It adopts PLC+7-inch high-definition LCD touch screen, and the relevant operations are completed through the touch screen, and the experimental data are displayed in real time.
6. Built-in microcomputer and control program, real-time collection, linear analysis of test data, and automatic data storage.
7. The built-in time control module can automatically measure the burning time, overcoming the disadvantages and cumbersomeness of using a stopwatch alone.
8. Built-in gas temperature sensor, real-time monitoring and display of gas temperature.
9. The built-in counting module can automatically record the number of tests.
10. Equipped with a miniature thermal printer, which can print test data and other related results.
11. One-button calibration with constant oxygen concentration in the air, convenient and accurate test.
12. The solenoid valve control system can switch the left and right combustion platforms by itself, which is easy to operate.
