Product Introduction:
Film drop dart impact testing machine is designed for testing the impact resistance of film materials, using the free-falling dart method cascade method. The tester implements the requirements of GB/T9639 (Test method for impact resistance of plastic films and sheets, free falling dart method), ASTM D1709, JIS K7124 and ISO7765-1:1988. Relevant standards apply to plastic films or sheets with a thickness of less than 1mm under the impact of a free-falling dart at a given height, and determine the impact mass and energy when the plastic film and sheet samples are damaged. It can be used as a professional instrument for food packaging QS certification.
Scope of Application:
This instrument is suitable for plastic films and thin slices with a thickness of less than 1mm, and materials with a breaking mass of 0.05~2kg.
Principle:
Under the given conditions, use method A to determine the mass of the falling body whose number of damaged samples reaches 50%.
