ZL-3005 Rubber-Weiss Plasticity Testing Machine

Equipment Overview:

This machine is made according to the standard and is used to test the plasticity value of raw rubber, plasticized rubber, mixed rubber and rubber. At a specified temperature, a preheated sample of a certain size is compressed between two parallel plates under a fixed load within a specified time, and the height of the sample is measured when the load is applied.

The Main Function:

Used to determine the Williams plasticity of raw rubber, mastic rubber and mixed rubber. The main structure of this machine is different from ordinary plastic machines. The main structure refers to the requirements of ANSI/ASTM standards and foreign advanced prototypes. The temperature control digital display can be set arbitrarily within 0-100 ° C. The three-minute alarm installed in the machine can greatly improve the timing accuracy.

Main Feature:

1. The weight assembly and the working platform are installed in the constant temperature box. The lifting mechanism of the pressure weight is controlled by pressing the wrench, and the cam can be operated to make the pressure weight slide up and down in the axial direction. The dial indicator is fixed on the box top bracket to measure the value of the displacement of the weight due to the deformation of the sample.
2. Thermostatic Controller

The constant temperature controller is composed of an electric heater, a platinum thermal resistance, a liter/constant temperature switch, and a digital temperature display regulator.

3. Timing Alarm

Imported timing integrated circuit is adopted, so it has the advantages of compact structure, high reliability and low power consumption. After 3 minutes of the specified time of the test, the timing will be automatically stopped, the weight will be lifted, and the timer will automatically reset to zero, and it can be operated again at any time.
