The measurement and temperature control circuit is composed of a temperature controller, a platinum resistor, and a heater, which can automatically track changes in the grid and ambient temperature, and automatically correct PID parameters to achieve rapid and accurate temperature control. The data acquisition system and the electromechanical interlock complete the automatic detection of the torque signal during the rubber vulcanization process, and the automatic real-time display of the temperature and the set value.
