Experimental Principle:

Simulate the usage state of bags and suitcases using magnetic fasteners and adhesive fasteners, open and close them back and forth at a certain speed and angle for a specified number of times, and inspect the quality of the fasteners and assembly.

Equipment Structure:

1. The experimental fixing device consists of upper and lower sample fixtures. The upper sample fixture (movable fixture) fixes the package (or cover) where the fastener is located, and the lower sample fixture fixes the package where the lower part of the fastener is located.
2. The opening and closing device is connected to the sample clamp that controls the speed, angle, and stroke of the movement, allowing the upper part of the fastener to perform reciprocating opening and closing movements at a certain angle
3. Counter, record opening and closing times, count opening and closing as 1 time
4. The control device has an automatic shutdown function and a memory function in case of abnormal situations during the test process.

Test Method:

Adjust the testing machine according to the structure and size of the sample, and fix the upper and lower parts of the fastener to the sample fixing device respectively.

Adjust the opening and closing device with the position of the sample when it is fastened as the zero point, and set the movement angle so that the fastener is just fully opened.

Turn on the testing machine until the experiment is completed.

Check whether the sample is normal, whether there is deformation, cracking, detachment, damage, etc.

The result indicates that the number of opening and closing times should be recorded in relation to whether the sample is normal, changing, or damaged.
