Scope of Application:

Testing of plastic buckles.

Test Principle:

Simulate the use of the sample, open and close it back and forth at a certain frequency for a specified number of times, and inspect the quality of the plastic buckle.

Structural Requirements for Experimental Instruments:

1.The testing device consists of two sets of sample clips on the left and right sides. The left sample clip fixes the upper part of the buckle and can periodically press the locking part of the buckle (left and right locking or upper locking), while the right sample clip fixes the lower part of the buckle and makes the lower part move forward and backward. The left and right sample clamps cooperate with each other to allow the upper and lower parts of the buckle to perform horizontal reciprocating opening and closing movements, with adjustable frequency of movement.

2.Counter, record the number of opening and closing times, and count opening and closing as one time.

Test Method:

1. Fix the sample to the sample fixing device;
2. Set the frequency to (25 ± 2) times/min and select the following times for testing: 1000 times, 2000 times, 3000 times, or test according to the specified frequency and times;
3. Turn on the testing machine until the test is completed;
4. Leave it for 1 hour, check if the sample has any damage such as fracture or deformation, and record the changes in the product after testing.
