 Drop Test:

1. Measure the length of the connecting loop on the backpack.
2. The backpack should be suspended at 1.2 times the prescribed load (with the straps in the longest position), and the bottom of the backpack should be 60cm above the ground (with ordinary ceramic tiles on the ground surface), in a static and upright state, so that it is evenly stressed. After 30 minutes, it should be dropped vertically to check whether the straps, handles, and hooks are firm. Within 2 minutes, measure the length of the connecting loop components and whether their deformation exceeds 30% compared to the original loop length.

Swing Test:

The backpack should be loaded according to the regulations, and the straps and handles should be tested separately: hang it in the air, keep the straps in the longest state, swing them 20 times (1 round trip), swing at angles of 60 °± 3 ° and 45 °± 3 °, and check whether the straps, handles, and hooks are firm after the swing stops. Measure the length of the connected loop like components within 2 minutes, and compare their deformation with the original loop length to see if it exceeds 30%.

 Evaluation of the test Results of the Luggage Swing Life Testing Machine:

Under experimental conditions, the handle, strap, hook and loop should not fall off or break, and the bag should not crack. At the same time, all types of connecting straps are not allowed to deform by more than 30%.
