The ZL-2733 stator pinhole detection test bench is based on the GB/T4074.5/IEC60851.5 test standard and based on the actual test needs of customers to fill the vacancies in the high-voltage pinhole detection project of motor stator coils to detect the motor stator. New test instrument for coil high-voltage pinholes.

This instrument can perform circular motion along the surface of the motor stator through a two-way step control system, apply a test voltage through a conductive brush, perform high-voltage testing on the stator coil, and simultaneously detect the upper and lower end faces of the stator. The upper and lower end faces are individually controlled for high-voltage detection, and the test voltage Eight levels of 350V-3000V are available, and the number of pinhole alarms can be preset. When the number of pinholes detected by the instrument reaches the preset number of pinholes, it will automatically alarm. After the test is completed, the test parameters and results will be saved.

The Main Technical Parameters:

 

  • Test voltage: 350V, 500V, 750V, 1000V, 1500V, 2000V, 2500V, 3000V eight levels, error ±5%, this voltage is filtered smooth DC voltage.
  • The sensitivity of the defect detection circuit complies with the defect current threshold specified in Table I, and its error is ±10%.

  • The response time of the defect detection circuit is (5±1) ms
  • At any test voltage, the steady-state short-circuit current is (25±5) μA.
  • Under any test voltage, the voltage drop on the contact wheel (electrode wheel) caused by a 50MΩ defective resistance shall not exceed 75%.
  • The electrode is insulated from the ground and is made of high-resistance material. The material does not absorb moisture, does not leak electricity, does not mark, and is easy to clean. Its insulation interval can withstand a continuous voltage of 3000V.
