It can achieve 0.1 Withstand voltage test and partial discharge test in the kV~10kV range.
The partial discharge tester adopts the test sample series coupling measurement mode. The test method complies with the general partial discharge measurement standard GB/T 7354-2018 (IEC60270:2000), and also complies with the partial discharge measurement standards of specific devices, such as the optical isolator safety standard ( IEC60747-5-5), digital isolator safety standard (IEC60747-17), low-voltage equipment safety standard (IEC60664-1), semiconductor switch component standard (IEC60747-15), etc.; has sine wave output waveform, multiple measurement conditions With the qualification judgment function, users can flexibly combine it according to their needs to achieve leakage current measurement from 0.01uA to 300uA and partial discharge measurement from 1pC to 100000 pC, which can meet the product quality testing needs of most integrated isolation devices and high insulation materials.
