ZL-2724 Enamel-Covered Wire Temperature Index Voltage Tester is designed according to
GB/T4074·7-2009/IEC60172:1987 standard provisions. Through this test instrument, according to GB/T4074·7-2009 “Test method for determination of temperature index of enamelled winding wire”, the purpose is to determine the temperature index of round and flat wire of enamelled and film wrapped (bare wire or enamelled wire) through the change of electrical strength under air and atmospheric pressure. For impregnated samples, the test can evaluate the compatibility of wire insulation and impregnated paint simultaneously. It is therefore possible to compare the temperature indices of different combinations. The data obtained by this tester according to GB/T4074·7-2009 test can provide the designer and the development engineer with the data for further evaluation of insulation system and equipment test and selection of winding wire.
