The ZL-2722 flat wire bending tester is mainly based on the GB/T4074/IEC60851 test standard, and according to the actual test needs of the customer, it integrates the flat wire bending test and the high-pressure paint film pinhole test to test the sample New flat winding wire bending test instrument for flexibility and paint film adhesion.

In the conventional bending test of flat winding wire, it can only be bent in one direction in a single time. Whether the paint film is damaged and the degree of damage can only be judged by the naked eye. However, this instrument can continuously and repeatedly test the sample in forward and reverse directions through a two-way step control system. Bending, bending angle, and speed can be set separately to perform different degrees of bending damage on the sample. Whether the paint film is damaged and the degree of damage are judged based on the number of pinholes in the high-voltage paint film. Eight levels of test voltage are available from 350V to 3000V. , and can preset the number of pinholes for shutdown. When the number of pinholes detected by the instrument reaches the preset number of pinholes, the test will automatically stop and the test parameters and results will be saved.
