Used to detect the continuity of the paint film of enameled round wire with a conductor nominal diameter of 0.050mm or more and 1.600mm or less (i.e. the number of pinholes per unit length of enameled wire sample);

Press the button to select eight test voltages of 350V, 500V, 750V, 1000V, 1500V, 2000V, 2500V, and 3000V;

The test sample length can be preset arbitrarily from 0 to 99m;

Single-chip microcomputer control is adopted;

The test process is completed automatically, and the LED automatically displays the wiring length and the number of pinholes;

The drive motor adopts a brushless motor, and the guide wheel and the take-up wheel have the same potential;

The electrode is insulated from the ground and uses high-resistance material. The material does not absorb moisture, leak electricity, or scratch, and is easy to clean. Its insulation thickness can withstand a long-term continuous voltage of 3000V;

The circuit board is anti-static and moisture-proof, and has been aging for a long time, so the quality is more stable and the instrument is durable.
