It is applied to test metal wire whose stretch breaking force is not more than 3000N.
Test finishes automatically. User input the diameter of the sample, it can figure out its tensile strength automatically. LCD screen can display stretch breaking force、tensile strength、percentage elongation and other test results.
It will protect itself once it exceeds 10% of its peak load.
It can connect with computer and display ten samples’ curves in different colors, with percentage elongation (%) as x-axis and pull force (N) as y-axis.0
Every average test result of samples can be figured out when the samples are less 10.
It can save test results and corresponding curves by serial numbers in time sequence automatically.
It adopts Japanese lead screw and guide rail.
It can print out report forms of the test results.
It is provided with transducer auto-calibration function, and furnishes standard poises for calibration.
