ZL-2703 Flat Wire Circular Bending Tester is a testing instrument used to test the flexibility and adhesion of various enameled flat wires, paper wrapped flat wires, glass fiber wrapped flat wires, film wrapped flat wires, and corresponding copper and aluminum flat wires with different diameters by bending test rods.

Calculation of Sample Sampling Length:
1.The minimum sampling length of the sample is calculated according to the following formula:
L=150mm+π·Dmm
L – Sample length
D – Diameter of round rod
2.Cut a sample of the specified length according to the above calculation formula, straighten it in an appropriate manner, or perform it on a tensile machine. But the elongation of the sample cannot exceed 1%, and the insulation of the sample must not be damaged
