Electric rolling rollers are used to assist in the preparation of test specimens for peel strength and stickiness testing of adhesive tapes, protective films, and release film products. Use fixed pressure and speed to flatten the adhesive tape sample and evenly adhere it to the standard test substrate.

Operation Method of Electric Rolling Roller:

1. Place the steel plate on the machine table, stick the tape on one end of the steel plate, and the other end can resist the fixed edge of the test tank.
2. Turn on the power switch and press the start button. The pressure wheel will automatically roll from one end of the tape to the other end at a constant speed.
3. When reaching the end of the other end, the pressure wheel will automatically return, and it will automatically stop after 3 rounds.
4. Repeat the operation as needed for testing.
