Scope of application:

This instrument is suitable for the determination of the effective pore size of all types of geotextile products, and its performance meets the requirements of the GB/T17634 “Determination of the Effective Pore Size of Geotextiles and Related Products – Wet Sieve Method” standard for the instrument.

The test principle:

Using the untensioned single-layer geotextile and its related product samples as the screen, under the specified vibration frequency and amplitude, spray water on the sample and the graded granular material, so that the granular graded material passes through the sample. The effective pore size of the sample is expressed by the particle material passed through and the specific particle size.
