Manufacturing strictly in accordance with GB/T 23988-2009 “Determination of Abrasion Resistance of Coatings – Sand Drop Method” and ASTM D 968, precise control of dimensional deviation of each component, and the main components are made of advanced wear-resistant stainless steel.
The funnel adopts a fan-shaped switch design, which is more convenient (other suppliers use plug-in type).
The height of the conduit and test panel frame is adjusted with the equipped special tools, making it more accurate.
The height of the sand shaker can be flexibly adjusted up and down through the lower bearings.
