This machine is specially used for spray hardness testing of various finished products, such as: mobile phone casings, iPad casings, laptop casings and other types of home appliance digital product casings. The machine is electrically controlled. The machine is driven by an AC speed-regulating motor to move left and right with low noise and stability!
Usage：
Please use hardness pencil scratch surface of the coating to test surface hardness of the coating. Fixing the hardness pencil to 45 ° angle, and make the front head of the pencil contact with surface of the coating with proper load. Moving the test platform to make surface of the coating move and pass the front head of the pencil in accordance with a certain speed (JIS standard 0.5 mm/s), then the most soft pencil hardness level which cause no damage (scratches) can be regarded as hardness of the coating layer.
