Reference Standard:

The equipment meets the technical requirements of ISO15502-2005, GB/T8059-1995, GB/T80519.20-14995, GB/T8059.3-1995, GB/T8059.4-93 testing.

 

Equipment Condition:

The largest customer prototype: vertical width 1000* depth 800* height 2000MM, horizontal width 1350* depth 750*900, covers an area of about 2.55 square meters, and the actual use area is 8 square meters (reserved space around the equipment is convenient for refrigerators Clamping, swing arm rotation and maintenance of equipment, etc.).

Basic Component:

This equipment is composed of German Siemens touch screen, PLC control, cylinder, frame, mechanical transmission part and electrical automatic control part.

 

Frame

The equipment frame is assembled with industrial aluminum materials, and the structure is a frame combination of heavy-duty structures with high stress, high strength and high support requirements. The shape of the profile adopts rounded transition, and the surface is treated with anodized silver white, which is elegant, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.

The frame is divided into two boxes, left and right. The distance between the two boxes can be freely adjusted according to the size of the refrigerator under test. The maximum width that can be adjusted between the left and right boxes is 2200mm. The swing arms installed on the neutral axis of the left and right sides of the box are used to test the door opening/closing of the upright refrigerator;

 

Mechanical Transmission Mechanism

The equipment is driven by a cylinder, and up to three mechanical arms are installed on each of the three vertical shafts of the left, middle and right to realize the opening/closing of multiple doors. Each mechanical arm can move up and down according to the height of different refrigerator doors. Position adjustment, three robotic arms can be rotated at the same time (total 3 robotic arms left, middle, and right)

 

Electrical Control Part

The equipment adopts an automatic control method that combines advanced PLC program controller, human-machine interface and speed control system. Two cylinders are used as the main power, and the test frequency is controlled by the PLC program controller. The maximum number of test cycles is 20 per minute. * 25; at the same time, the control system performs logical control and whole-process monitoring on the test process, and reacts to the current test status through an intuitive window, including timely alarming of faults and automatic shutdown, so that the test work operation is easier and smoother.
