This machine is used to determine the indentation hardness of porous elastic materials. It can measure polyurethane sponge foam specimens for the prescribed test of national standards, and accurately measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials. It can also be used to measure the indentation hardness of seat foam (such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.) that has been produced, and accurately measure the indentation hardness of each foam part of the seat.

1.Introduction:

2.Principle

Sponge foam compression stress test will be placed on the specimen between the upper and lower platen, the upper platen to the specified speed downward compression of a certain size of the specimen to the national standard requirements of the A method (B method, C method) specified by the concavity, the load element will be sensed pressure feedback to the controller processing and display, so as to measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials such as specimens.

 

3.Features:

8. Curve traversal: After the test is completed, the force value and deformation data of the test curve point by point can be found and analyzed with the mouse.

11. Limit: with program control and mechanical limit.

12. Overload: Automatic stop when the load exceeds the rated value.
